Residents can easily pay fees or rent online, view their payment history, and set up recurring payments so they never miss a rent check. The Resident Center is available via mobile app or desktop.
Track maintenance requests
Residents can submit maintenance requests and upload photos directly from their phone or tablet on our resident app. They can see when an item’s been assigned to a staff member or vendor, and view status updates until the item is completed, so they won’t need to call.
Text and email updates
We send announcements to entire properties or associations at once through multiple channels including text, email and the Resident Center.
