Our original goals were never to create a property management company. We are simple real estate investors by heart and struggled to find a company that we could trust. Nearly every management company we contacted did not have a concrete pricing plan, vision statement, or customer service team. The vast majority of them were still stuck in the 20th century with paper filings, excel spreadsheet service, cruddy technology, and poor websites.
This did not cut it for us. We needed someone innovative that matched our ambitions, someone that we could see ourselves working with for years to come...
Hight Mountain Property Management (HMPM) was born. From the beginning, we have devoted ourselves to being industry leaders in technology, service, and innovation. To fill the gap previously mentioned we had to start from scratch with our own service. Better technology, better customer service, and more transparency.
